EUR or USD to native Ethereum USDC

Buy USDC by bank transfer

A Buy request starts with an amount in EUR or USD and a clear estimate of the native Ethereum USDC you may receive. A-PFI shows the rate, spread, fees, limits, verification steps, and destination-wallet details before any live transfer instruction should be followed.

How a Buy request works

Choose Buy, select EUR or USD, and enter the bank amount you intend to send. The quote separates the reference rate, exchange spread, service fee, any configured network fee, and estimated USDC output so that the calculation can be reviewed before continuing.

Next, provide accurate customer and destination-wallet information, verify the email used for the request, accept the applicable policies, and complete any requested checks. Only after an order is created should you use its secure bank instructions.

  • Create one quote for the intended amount and currency.
  • Confirm the full Ethereum destination address character by character.
  • Copy the exact bank beneficiary, amount, and order reference from the secure order.
  • Make one identifiable transfer and keep its receipt.
  • Track the order until the outgoing USDC transfer is confirmed.
02

When the Buy price becomes final

The fiat amount selected for a Buy is fixed for that order, but the first USDC figure is an estimate. The applicable pricing policy calculates the final USDC amount when the incoming bank transfer is confirmed as received, not simply when a customer’s bank marks it as sent.

Market rates can move between quote creation and confirmed bank receipt. Bank deductions, a payment mismatch, an expired instruction, or a required review can also affect processing. The secure order record—not a screenshot, an earlier quote, or a general example—is the source of truth for that transaction.

03

Use the exact Ethereum destination

The current route uses native USD Coin (USDC) on Ethereum. A familiar USDC symbol is not enough: another blockchain, a bridged token, a test token, or a different contract is not interchangeable with the token specified by the order.

Use a wallet that you control or are authorised to use and that can receive the exact native Ethereum USDC identified in the order. A valid-looking 0x address does not prove that the destination supports the asset. Confirm support with the receiving wallet or platform before creating the order because blockchain payouts are generally irreversible.

04

Eligibility, limits, and verification

Country, currency, direction, per-order limits, and monthly Buy capacity are checked when a quote or order is created. A country appearing in a selector does not by itself guarantee that every customer or transaction is eligible. Personal limits can differ and should be viewed only after the relevant email has been verified.

A-PFI is accountless in the sense that customers do not create a permanent A-PFI password account. Email codes protect particular actions and sessions. Accountless does not mean anonymous or exempt from checks: identity, residential address, bank-account use, wallet control, source of funds, or transaction purpose may be requested before payout.

05

Common Buy mistakes to avoid

Do not send money before the order exists, reuse bank details from another order, omit or alter the payment reference, split one payment across transfers, or create a later order to explain an earlier transfer. If two orders were created, fund only the intended order and cancel an eligible duplicate without claiming the same payment twice.

If your bank shows a transfer as sent but the order has not matched it, do not send a second payment. Keep the receipt, return to the tracker, and use secure Support with the correct order reference if the status does not update or any detail is wrong.

06

After the bank transfer

A bank transfer must be received and matched to the order. Required verification or information requests must also be resolved. The timeline then records the final pricing event, preparation of the native USDC payout, its Ethereum transaction reference, and completion.

Banking cut-offs, intermediary institutions, verification work, Ethereum conditions, or operational pauses can extend processing. Any time shown is an estimate rather than a promise of same-day or next-day completion.
