USDC service eligibility and limits

A country can be present in the service directory while a direction or currency is unavailable, paused, or still under review. The current Buy or Sell form filters the options configured for that direction and EUR or USD route. The page must also show whether the wider service is in preview, maintenance, or an active state.

Location is not the only eligibility factor. Legal capacity, customer identity, payment-account authority, wallet control, transaction purpose, sanctions or risk checks, and the ability to complete requested evidence can all affect an individual order.

The exchange panel displays the configured minimum and maximum for the selected Buy or Sell direction and fiat currency. Values for EUR and USD can differ. A quote outside the current range should not be accepted, and an old screenshot cannot override a later configured limit.

Per-order ranges are operational controls rather than a guarantee of capacity. The amount can still be declined or paused where pricing, liquidity, bank, network, customer, legal, fraud, security, or other review conditions are not satisfied.

Buy capacity can include a monthly allowance associated with a verified customer email. Completed or reserved activity in the applicable period can reduce what remains. Creating more emails, browser sessions, or duplicate orders must not be used to avoid a limit or other control.

The public form shows general guidance. A customer-specific limit is applied only after the relevant email has been verified. If that customer has a different configured limit, the verified session can use it; otherwise the customer can follow the authenticated review route where offered.

A minimum, maximum, or personalised limit is not a no-KYC threshold. Identity or additional information may be required at any permitted amount based on the order and current requirements. Submitting information does not guarantee approval.

Requested material can include legal name, date of birth, residential address, identity-document images, a photo with the document, source or proof of funds, payment evidence, transaction purpose, or wallet-control information. Use only the secure requested route and do not email sensitive documents unless explicitly directed through an approved channel.

Select the real country, direction, and currency in the current exchange journey. Read any country notice, inspect the displayed range, and enter an amount within it. If the site requests an email for a personal limit, verify only your own email and review the result in that session.

Do not use a VPN, false address, another person’s identity, third-party bank account, unexplained wallet, or multiple orders to work around an unavailable option. If a legitimate situation is not represented, contact secure Support before sending anything.
