Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of the services provided under the name Ascendant Asset Management. The service lets an eligible customer request an exchange between EUR or USD bank funds and native USDC on an enabled network. An order is not a bank account, deposit, investment product, or promise of profit.

You must provide accurate information, use payment accounts and wallets that you are authorised to use, follow the displayed transfer instructions, and include the public order reference with every bank transfer. We may ask for identity, source-of-funds, wallet-ownership, or other information before processing or completing an order. We may hold, reject, cancel, or return an order when information is incomplete, instructions are not followed, or legal, security, fraud, liquidity, or operational concerns arise.

Buy estimates are indicative until the bank transfer is confirmed as received. Sell quotes are fixed only until their displayed expiry, subject to the USDC transfer being confirmed as received within that period. Fees, spreads, network charges, and the final calculation are shown in the order record. Blockchain and bank transfers can be delayed or irreversible.

You remain responsible for checking the currency, network, token contract, wallet address, beneficiary details, amount, and reference before sending. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ascendant Asset Management is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect customer instructions, third-party systems, force majeure, or unsupported assets or networks. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The version accepted for an order is stored with that order. Use Support if you need help or wish to make a complaint.
