Each quote displays the applicable reference rate, customer rate, spread, percentage fee, fixed fee, network fee, and whether a charge is included, deducted, or paid separately. Values may differ by direction, currency, network, entity, or customer. The values recorded with an accepted order govern that calculation; later changes do not rewrite its history.

Displayed processing times are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Bank cut-off times, weekends, required checks, additional-information requests, network conditions, operational availability, payout-bank processing, and incorrect instructions can extend completion time. Confirmed transfer details remain recorded with the order.
