Wrong Token or Network Policy

Send only native USDC using the exact network, token contract, company address, and amount displayed in the secure order instructions. Similar names, bridged tokens, test tokens, other stablecoins, and USDC on an unsupported network are not accepted.

Blockchain transfers are normally irreversible. Recovery may be impossible even when a block explorer displays the transfer. If recovery is technically possible, we may require identity and wallet-ownership evidence, legal review, a recovery fee, and advance payment of network costs. We do not promise a recovery time or outcome. Never send a second transaction to correct an error until Support provides instructions.
