Version 2 · 28 Aug 2026For a Buy order, the fiat amount is fixed and the first USDC amount shown is an estimate. It is not a guaranteed payout amount. The final conversion is calculated only after the bank transfer is confirmed as received, using its recorded receipt time.
The service applies the rate, Buy spread, service fee, fixed fee, and network-fee treatment disclosed for that pricing event. The resulting rate, inputs, rounding, fees, and final USDC amount are stored with the order. Bank processing time can therefore change the final USDC amount. If the received currency or amount differs, the reference is missing, or another person sent the funds, the order may require further review.
Do not send funds unless you accept arrival-time pricing and the displayed fee treatment. A worse rate is never silently substituted: the final calculation remains visible in the secure order record.
