USDC order security and scam prevention

A safe decision starts by checking the official a-pfi.com domain, the correct order reference, the current bank or wallet instruction, and the exact native Ethereum USDC route. Security controls reduce risk but cannot make email, banking, wallets, or blockchains risk-free.

01Official domain
a-pfi.com
02Never disclose
Passwords, email codes, seed phrases, or private keys
03Always match
Order, amount, reference, wallet, network, token, and destination
01

Recognise the official journey

Open a-pfi.com yourself rather than trusting a link in an unexpected message. Check the browser address before entering an email code, customer information, bank details, wallet address, or support attachment. A look-alike spelling, extra word, different top-level domain, or shortened link is not the official website.

A-PFI may also be searched as APFI or A PFI, but the official public spelling remains A-PFI and the official domain remains a-pfi.com. A search result or logo alone is not proof. Bookmark the official domain and enter sensitive information only after checking it.

02

Protect email codes and wallet secrets

Email codes are short-lived and purpose-specific. A code for Support, an order, a personal-limit check, or another action must be entered only on the matching page you opened. Do not read, forward, screenshot, or paste a code for someone claiming to assist you.

A-PFI does not need a wallet seed phrase or private key. A legitimate ownership step may ask a wallet to sign a clearly displayed message, but it should not request token approval, a blockchain transfer, or disclosure of the signing key merely to prove control. Read every wallet prompt before approving it.

03

Match every bank instruction

For a Buy, use only the beneficiary, exact amount, currency, and public order reference shown in that order’s secure instructions. Never copy bank details from a search result, ordinary support message, screenshot, saved document, or earlier order. Do not send a small test payment unless the current order explicitly instructs it.

If two orders exist, do not use one payment for both and do not ask for a refund on an unfunded order by pointing to another order’s transfer. Keep each payment and reference separate. If anything is inconsistent, stop before sending and open one secure Support request.

04

Match Ethereum, native USDC, and the address

For a Sell, compare the full destination address, Ethereum network, native USDC contract, and amount with the active order. For a Buy, perform the same check on the receiving wallet. A 0x format, familiar ticker, logo, or visually similar shortened address does not establish compatibility.

Clipboard malware can replace an address after copying. Compare the beginning, middle, and end against the secure source before confirming. Do not reuse old deposit addresses, transaction hashes, or screenshots, and never substitute another network because a wallet labels it faster or cheaper.

05

Use Support and files carefully

The secure Support portal keeps messages and permitted PDF, PNG, JPG, or JPEG evidence with the verified customer context. Upload only what is requested, mask unrelated transactions where appropriate, and remove metadata or content that the reviewer does not need. Do not rename an unsafe file to bypass validation.

Support will not guarantee recovery of a wrong transfer, demand another payment to release a refund, move the conversation to a private messenger, or ask for secrets. A real case can require identity or transaction evidence and time for review, but uncertainty should be communicated through the official portal.

06

If something may be compromised

Stop interacting with the suspicious page or person. Do not send a replacement transfer. Secure the affected email or wallet through its provider, preserve the order reference and non-secret evidence, and open the official website independently to contact Support.

Blockchain transfers and some bank payments can be irreversible. A-PFI cannot promise recovery, reversal, a particular response time, or protection from every attack. Prompt, accurate reporting can still help isolate the correct order and avoid compounding the loss.
