01Which USDC network can I use?
When an order route is available, it specifies native USDC on Ethereum mainnet. Use only the network and exact token shown in your order; never substitute another chain or token.
02What does native USDC mean?
Native USDC is the exact verified token contract issued for the supported network, not a bridged asset or another token with a similar name or symbol. Match the network and contract shown in the secure order before transferring.
03How do I verify the USDC contract?
Use the complete contract address shown in the current secure order or Networks page and compare it with the asset selected in your wallet. A ticker, logo, address format, or search result alone does not establish that the token is supported.
04Can I use USDC on another blockchain?
Not unless that exact network and token are explicitly displayed as supported in the current order. The intended launch route is native USDC on Ethereum. Polygon, Solana, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, bridged tokens, and other routes must not be assumed compatible.
05What are Ethereum confirmations?
After a transaction is included in a block, later blocks add confirmations. The service waits for its configured requirement before treating an inbound USDC transfer as confirmed. A transaction can therefore be visible on-chain while the order still says pending.
06Can Ethereum congestion delay an order?
Yes. Congestion, outages, reorganizations, forks, smart-contract issues, or a transaction with insufficient network fees can delay or prevent confirmation. Use the transaction hash to check your transfer and wait for the secure order status rather than broadcasting duplicates.
07Is one USDC always worth exactly one US dollar?
USDC is designed to track the US dollar, but its market price can move away from that value. Issuer, reserve, redemption, counterparty, legal, and market events can affect its value or availability. The order uses the disclosed recorded rate rather than assuming a permanent one-to-one value.
08What if I sent ETH or another token?
It will not automatically credit an order that requires native USDC. Do not send anything else. Open one Support ticket with the order reference and transaction hash; recovery may be impossible, restricted, insecure, delayed, or cost more than the asset.
09What wallet address format is required?
The current order flow requires a complete Ethereum address beginning with 0x followed by 40 hexadecimal characters. A valid format does not prove ownership or compatibility, so also verify the intended network, token, and wallet control.
10What does controlling a wallet mean?
It means you can authorize actions from that address using the wallet’s signing keys. You must be authorized to use every wallet supplied with an order. Never reveal the private key or seed phrase to prove control.
11Why might I be asked to sign a wallet message?
The displayed wallet step asks you to review and complete a purpose-specific authorization for the requested check. Completing it records your response for the order; it does not by itself mean wallet ownership or AML approval has been conclusively verified. The step never asks you to send funds or disclose a private key.
12Can I change the wallet on an order?
A replacement may be offered only while the order is still at an eligible stage and requires explicit confirmation of the old and new address. Once financial progress makes replacement unsafe, the change is blocked; return to the order and contact Support instead.
13Why did wallet verification say my wallet changed?
The connected address no longer matches the address used for the current ownership step. Reconnect the expected wallet and try again. If you intended a replacement, use the explicit replacement confirmation only when the order allows it.
15What should I do if my wallet may be compromised?
Do not continue a transfer to or from that wallet. Use the secure order to check whether anything has already moved, then open Support with the order reference. A destination cannot always be changed and a confirmed blockchain payout normally cannot be reversed.
16What should a first-time buyer check about the receiving wallet?
Confirm that the destination accepts native USDC on Ethereum, that you control or are authorized to use the address, and that you can recognize incoming token transfers. Copy the full 0x address from the wallet and compare it before order creation; do not guess from a shortened display.
17What format must the Buy destination address use?
Enter a complete Ethereum address in the 42-character form: 0x followed by 40 hexadecimal characters. Shortened displays, screenshots, transaction hashes, and addresses from another network are not valid substitutes. Copy it directly from the receiving wallet.
18Can I enter an ENS name instead of an Ethereum address?
The order form requires the resolved 0x Ethereum address. Resolve any human-readable name in a trusted wallet first, then verify and enter the full address. Do not rely on a name resolution result you have not independently checked.
19How should I copy my receiving wallet address safely?
Use the wallet’s copy function, paste into the order form, and compare the beginning, middle, and end against the wallet. Check for clipboard substitution and make sure no spaces were added. Never retype a long address from memory.
20Does uppercase or lowercase matter in an Ethereum address?
Ethereum addresses can use checksum capitalization, while the underlying hexadecimal destination is case-insensitive. Preserve the address produced by your trusted wallet and let the form validate it. Do not change characters beyond letter case or treat a validation error as safe to ignore.
21Can the Buy destination be a deposit address from an exchange?
Use it only if the exchange explicitly supports deposits of native USDC on Ethereum to that exact address and you are authorized to use the account. Exchanges can change addresses, impose minimums, delay crediting, or require extra identifiers. Confirm those conditions before creating the order.
22Can USDC be delivered to a hardware wallet address?
A hardware wallet can receive native Ethereum USDC if the selected address and its wallet software support the token and you control the keys. Confirm the address on the hardware device itself where possible, not only on the connected computer screen.
23Can I use a smart-contract wallet as the Buy destination?
Only use a contract-based wallet after confirming that it can receive and expose native Ethereum USDC transfers and that you can control the assets. Contract behavior, recovery modules, or platform restrictions are outside the order’s control. When uncertain, use a compatible address you fully understand.
24Why don’t I see USDC in my wallet after a successful transfer?
Some wallets do not display a token until its verified Ethereum contract is added or the portfolio view refreshes. Check the transaction on the configured explorer and compare the exact contract and destination. Never import a token contract from an unsolicited message.
25The explorer shows success but my wallet balance is unchanged; what now?
First confirm the explorer is for Ethereum, the token is the expected USDC contract, and the destination equals your full address. Then refresh or rescan the wallet and check whether the token is hidden. If those facts match and the balance remains absent, contact the wallet provider and Support with the hash.
26Is the USDC symbol enough to prove I selected the correct token?
No. Unrelated or malicious tokens can use the same name and symbol. Verify the network and authentic contract information from trusted sources before signing or sending.
27Can I use USDC.e, bridged USDC, or wrapped USDC?
Do not treat similarly named assets as native USDC. Use only the exact token contract and network required by the order; a bridged or wrapped version is a different asset for transfer purposes.
28My wallet switched to its default network before sending. What should I check?
Confirm the active network and chain identifier again on the final wallet screen. The same address format can exist across multiple networks, so matching the address alone is not sufficient.
29A network says it is secured by Ethereum. Is it Ethereum mainnet?
Not necessarily. Layer-two and sidechain networks can reference Ethereum while remaining distinct networks. Match the exact network name and chain details required by the order.
30How can I add USDC to my wallet display safely?
Obtain the authentic contract details from a trusted official source, confirm the network, and let the wallet derive token metadata where possible. Do not import a contract from unsolicited support messages or token spam.
31Should I send a small test transfer before the exact Sell amount?
Do not split the required Sell transfer into a test and a balance unless the order explicitly supports it. A test sent to the dedicated address is still a separate on-chain payment and can complicate matching.
32Why did paying gas for an approval not move any USDC?
Approving token access and transferring tokens are separate operations. Inspect the transaction action and token-transfer events; only the required USDC transfer to the order recipient constitutes the payment.
33Does signing a wallet message send USDC or pay gas?
Signing the displayed wallet message does not itself transfer tokens or normally spend gas. It records your response for the requested wallet check but is not, by itself, final ownership or AML approval. Reject the prompt if it describes a transaction or permission you did not expect.
34My hardware wallet asks for blind signing. Should I enable it?
Do not enable an opaque signing mode just to complete an order. Understand what the device can verify, compare the recipient and action, and consult the wallet provider if the requested operation is not readable.
35My wallet simulation warns that the transaction may fail. Should I continue?
Pause and investigate the warning before signing. Check the network, token, balance, gas, recipient, and amount; a failed transfer does not fund the order even if a hash is produced.
36Why does my multisig show approved while the explorer shows no transfer?
Multisig approval can mean the proposal has signatures but has not been executed on-chain. Wait for the executed transaction that actually transfers USDC, then use that transaction hash.
37Where should I look for USDC movement on a block explorer?
Open the verified transaction on the correct network and inspect its token-transfer events, status, sender, and recipient. The main value field can show zero ETH even when USDC moved.
38Why does my wallet say Complete while the explorer still says Pending?
Wallet labels are not the network’s final confirmation. Use the correct explorer and order status to follow inclusion and confirmations, and do not resend solely because the labels differ.
39Can an older pending wallet transaction block my Sell transfer?
Ethereum transactions from one account use ordered nonces, so an earlier pending transaction can hold later ones. Check the wallet’s transaction queue before assuming the Sell transfer was delivered.
40My wallet and two explorers disagree about the transaction. Why?
A wallet or data provider can lag or use a different network. Verify each source’s chain, transaction hash, and latest block, then rely on the order’s review rather than repeatedly broadcasting payments.
41Why did the confirmation count decrease or restart?
A short chain reorganization or data-provider correction can change recent confirmation information. Let the order wait for its required network state and do not send a replacement unless the original is definitively absent.
42Does the explorer timestamp prove exactly when I pressed Send?
An explorer usually shows a block or observed time, which may differ from when the wallet first broadcast the transaction. Keep wallet evidence if the distinction matters for an order deadline.
43Can I use a private transaction relay for a Sell transfer?
The payment still needs to become publicly verifiable on the required network within the order process. If a relay can delay or obscure the transaction, use a standard verifiable transfer instead.
44Can a smart account use sponsored gas for the USDC transfer?
Do not use a sponsored or relayed smart-account flow for a standard Sell payment. Send one direct native Ethereum USDC transfer from the recorded self-controlled wallet to the dedicated address; batching and multi-recipient transactions are not supported.
45The pasted wallet address differs from what I copied. What should I do?
Cancel the action immediately. Recheck the trusted source and device for clipboard manipulation or malware, and do not submit an order or sign a transfer until the destination remains identical.
46I received an unexpected token after my order. Is it from A-PFI?
Do not assume unsolicited dust or promotional tokens are related to the order. Avoid interacting with unknown token links or contracts and verify the expected native USDC transfer independently.
47How can I avoid a fake block-explorer link?
Open a trusted explorer independently and search for the transaction hash or address there. Check the domain carefully and do not connect a wallet or sign a message merely to view public transaction data.
48Can I save the Sell recipient in my wallet address book for later?
A Sell address is tied to its specific order and should not be treated as a reusable beneficiary. Copy and verify the dedicated address anew for every order.
49The explorer labels the recipient as a contract. Is the Sell address wrong?
A label alone does not establish an error. Compare the full recipient with the dedicated address and verify the native USDC transfer event; contact Support if the exact address matches but the order does not recognize it.
50Who determines the Ethereum gas fee for my Sell transfer?
The sending wallet proposes the gas settings based on network conditions. That fee is separate from the USDC amount transferred to the order. Review it in the wallet and avoid reducing it so far that the transaction may remain pending.
51How can I distinguish native USDC from bridged USDC?
Compare the complete token contract and network with the values displayed by the current order. Similar names, symbols, logos, or dollar values do not make a bridged token interchangeable with supported native USDC.
52Is USDC.e the same asset as native USDC?
No assumption should be made from the name. USDC.e commonly identifies a bridged representation with a different contract. Use only the exact token contract and network shown in the order.
53Can I send a wrapped dollar token instead of USDC?
No. A wrapped, synthetic, interest-bearing, or similarly named dollar token is a different asset unless the order explicitly identifies that exact contract. Sending it can leave the order unfunded and recovery may be impossible.
54Can I send USDT because it is also a dollar stablecoin?
No. USDT and USDC are different tokens with different contracts and issuers. A similar intended value does not make them interchangeable; use only the exact supported USDC shown by the order.
55Can ETH itself fund a Sell order for USDC?
No. ETH pays Ethereum network fees but is not the USDC token requested by the order. Sending ETH to a USDC deposit address does not satisfy the Sell amount and can require difficult or impossible recovery.
56Can I identify the correct USDC by its blue logo?
No. Wallets and scam tokens can reuse names and logos. Verify the full contract address and network from the secure order, then confirm the selected asset matches both before approving any transfer.
57Does letter case matter when comparing an Ethereum token contract?
Ethereum hexadecimal addresses refer to the same underlying value regardless of letter case, while mixed-case checksums help detect typing errors. Compare the entire address, not only its capitalization or shortened form.
58Is comparing the first and last four characters of a token contract enough?
That check can catch simple mistakes but is not a full verification. Compare the complete contract through a trusted source from the secure order, especially when importing a token into a wallet.
59Why doesn’t my wallet show my native USDC balance?
The wallet may be on the wrong network or may not have the verified token contract imported. Check the address on an Ethereum explorer and add only the official contract from the order; never trust a random search result.
60Why does my balance show zero after switching wallet networks?
Balances and token contracts are network-specific. Switch back to the supported Ethereum network and verify the account address and token contract. Do not create a bridge transaction merely to fix a display problem.
61Why can the same 0x address appear on several networks?
Many EVM-compatible networks use the same address format, but their ledgers and tokens are separate. A valid-looking 0x address does not select Ethereum; you must also choose the exact supported network in the wallet.
62Can I use an Ethereum test network for a live order?
No. Testnet tokens have no role in a live order and are separate from mainnet assets. Select the live network explicitly shown by the order and verify that your wallet is not in a developer or test mode.
63Can Sepolia USDC fund a live Sell order?
No. Sepolia is a test network and its tokens are not mainnet USDC. A Sepolia transaction cannot fund an order expecting native USDC on Ethereum mainnet.
64Can Polygon USDC be sent to an Ethereum Sell address?
Not unless Polygon is explicitly supported by that order. An identical-looking address does not merge the networks. Sending on Polygon will not create the required Ethereum transfer and may be unrecoverable.
65Can Base USDC fund an Ethereum USDC order?
No, unless the current order explicitly identifies Base and that exact token. Base and Ethereum are separate networks even though both use 0x addresses. Follow the order’s network rather than the cheapest withdrawal option.
66Can Arbitrum USDC fund an Ethereum USDC order?
No, unless the order explicitly supports that network and contract. Arbitrum transaction hashes and balances belong to a separate chain; an Arbitrum transfer is not observed as an Ethereum mainnet deposit.
67Can Optimism USDC fund an Ethereum USDC order?
Only if that exact route is displayed as supported for the order. Otherwise, Optimism and Ethereum mainnet are separate ledgers, and a transfer on one does not automatically appear on the other.
68Why is my Solana wallet address rejected?
A live Ethereum order requires an Ethereum-compatible address, while Solana uses a different address format and ledger. Do not convert or shorten the address; use a supported wallet on the network shown by the order.
69Can I use a TRON address or TRC token for an Ethereum USDC order?
No. TRON has a different network, address format, and token standards. An Ethereum order cannot observe a TRON transfer as the required native USDC payment.
70Can I bridge USDC to Ethereum before creating an order?
You may arrange your assets independently before ordering, but bridging has separate smart-contract, fee, delay, and asset risks. Create the Sell order only after the supported native USDC is settled in the self-controlled sending wallet.
71Can I bridge tokens directly to a Sell deposit address?
Do not do so. A bridge can use contract senders, delayed claims, different tokens, or multiple transactions that do not match the order. Complete any bridge to your own wallet first, then make the one exact supported transfer.
72How do I interpret network labels on an exchange withdrawal screen?
Treat each network option as a different transfer route. Match the exact network in the order, not labels such as low fee, fastest, ERC20-compatible, or recommended. If the exchange obscures the on-chain sender, do not withdraw directly to a Sell order.
73Does the label ERC-20 prove I selected the right USDC transfer?
No. ERC-20 describes a token standard used by many assets and networks. Confirm Ethereum mainnet, the exact USDC contract, the sender, recipient, and amount rather than relying on the standard label alone.
74What should I do if my wallet warns that the address checksum is invalid?
Stop and copy the complete address again from the secure order. Do not remove characters or force the transaction through. If the warning persists with an exact copy, contact Support before sending.
75Can I use an ENS name instead of the deposit address?
Use the literal Ethereum address displayed by the secure order. Do not substitute an ENS or other human-readable name, because its resolution can change or point elsewhere and the order expects the exact destination.
76Can I use a saved wallet address-book entry for a Sell deposit?
Copy the address from each current order instead. A saved label may point to an old or different dedicated address. If you add a temporary entry, verify the full value and do not assume it is reusable later.
77Can I scan a QR code for the Sell deposit address?
Use a QR code only when it is displayed by the current secure order. After scanning, compare the decoded address, network, token, and amount in the wallet before approving; scanning does not remove the need to verify.
78Why did the deposit QR code open a browser instead of my wallet?
Your device may not recognize the payment URI or may have assigned the link to another app. Do not continue through an unexpected website. Return to the secure order and copy the literal address into the trusted wallet.
79What can an Ethereum block explorer tell me about my transfer?
It can show whether a hash exists, its status, block, sender, recipient, token contract, token amount, confirmations, and fee. It does not decide whether every identity, bank, or order-policy requirement is satisfied.
80Why should I inspect the Token Transfers section of a transaction?
The transaction’s top-level value can be zero ETH while an ERC-20 transfer moved USDC. The token-transfer event helps verify the exact contract, sender, recipient, and USDC amount involved.
81The explorer says Success. Why is the order not complete?
Success means the blockchain executed that transaction. The order still verifies the supported contract, exact sender, destination, amount, confirmations, timing, identity, and payout conditions. Keep tracking the secure order.
82What does Pending mean on an Ethereum explorer?
The network has seen the transaction but it has not been included in a block. It can later confirm, be replaced, or be dropped. Avoid broadcasting a separate duplicate while its outcome is uncertain.
83What does Dropped mean for my Ethereum transaction?
Nodes no longer retain the pending transaction, often because it was replaced or remained underpriced. Check the sender’s nonce history for a replacement before considering any retry, and make sure the Sell order is still valid.
84What does Reverted mean for an Ethereum token transfer?
The transaction was included but its state changes failed, so the intended USDC transfer did not complete; gas may still have been charged. Verify the token event is absent and check the order before retrying.
85Why do two explorers show different confirmation counts?
Explorers can update at different times or use different data sources. Confirm that both are viewing the same network and hash, then rely on the secure order to decide when its configured confirmation requirement is met.
86How do Ethereum confirmations increase?
Once the transaction enters a block, each later accepted block increases its depth in the chain. You do not need to resubmit the hash or keep the wallet open; monitor the order while the network progresses.
87Why did a recently confirmed transaction appear pending again?
A short chain reorganization or data-provider inconsistency can temporarily change how a recent block is reported. Do not resend. Wait for the secure order and reliable explorer data to converge, then contact Support if the status remains inconsistent.
88What is the difference between a confirmation and blockchain finality?
A confirmation shows inclusion and growing chain depth; finality refers to stronger assurance that the block will not change. The order uses its configured acceptance rules, which may differ from a wallet’s first Confirmed label.
89Why does my wallet say Confirmed before the order does?
Wallets can label a transaction confirmed after fewer blocks or before the service’s data source and validation checks finish. Do not resend; the secure order will update after its own observation and confirmation requirements are satisfied.
90Can the order detect a transfer before my wallet updates?
It can happen when wallet interfaces cache data or use a slower provider. Compare the exact hash on a trusted explorer. Do not create another transfer merely because one interface has not refreshed.
91Can an Ethereum data-provider outage delay order updates?
Yes. A node or data-provider interruption can delay observation even while the blockchain continues. Keep the hash, avoid duplicate transfers, and check the secure order later; contact Support if the delay persists.
92How does Ethereum congestion affect my Sell transfer?
More competition for block space can raise suggested fees and lengthen inclusion time, especially for low-fee transactions. It does not change the ordered USDC amount; only the separate network fee should respond to congestion.
93Why is the Ethereum network fee paid in ETH instead of USDC?
Ethereum uses its native asset, ETH, to pay for computation and block inclusion. USDC is a token contract on that network. Keep enough ETH in the sending wallet while preserving the exact USDC transfer amount.
94Is my wallet’s gas fee included in the Sell payout?
Treat the wallet’s on-chain gas as a separate cost paid to the network unless the order explicitly states otherwise. It is not USDC received by the order and may be charged even when a transaction fails.
95Why did my wallet’s gas estimate change before approval?
Gas estimates follow current demand and can change between transaction preparation and signing. Recheck the final fee and destination on the wallet confirmation screen. A changing gas estimate should not alter the USDC amount or recipient.
96What is an Ethereum transaction nonce?
It is the sequence number for transactions from an address. A pending lower nonce can block later transactions, and a same-nonce transaction can replace another. Do not edit nonces unless you understand the consequences.
97Why is my Sell transfer waiting behind an older transaction?
Transactions from one Ethereum address are normally processed in nonce order. An older pending transaction can block the newer Sell transfer. Resolve it through the same wallet without changing the Sell recipient or creating a separate duplicate.
98What does Replacement transaction underpriced mean?
The network or node rejected a same-nonce replacement because its fee increase was insufficient. Use the wallet’s standard speed-up guidance or wait; do not create a new Sell order to work around the message.
99What does Insufficient funds for gas mean?
The sending address lacks enough ETH for the estimated Ethereum fee, even if its USDC balance is sufficient. Add ETH to your own wallet through a trusted route, then recheck the order deadline before sending.
100Why does my wallet disable the USDC Send button?
Possible causes include the wrong account or network, an unconfirmed balance, insufficient ETH, a wallet policy, or a temporary provider problem. Diagnose the wallet first and do not substitute a different token or custodial withdrawal.
101Should I enable blind signing to send a Sell transfer?
Do not enable unfamiliar signing modes merely to bypass a warning. A standard token transfer should let you verify meaningful details. Consult the wallet manufacturer’s trusted guidance and stop if the device cannot show what you are approving.
102What should I do if my wallet simulation warns that the transfer may fail?
Do not override the warning without understanding it. Recheck network, token, balance, gas, recipient, and amount. If an exact standard transfer still simulates failure, pause and seek wallet or Support guidance before broadcasting.
103Can a watch-only wallet send the USDC for my Sell order?
No. A watch-only view can display an address but cannot sign its transactions. Use the actual self-controlled wallet that holds the signing authority, and never import a seed phrase into an untrusted app to make it spendable.
104What if my wallet opened on a different account than the Sell order?
Switch to the recorded sending address before preparing the transfer. Check the full address, balance, and network. Do not send from the currently selected account merely because it is available; the sender mismatch can prevent attribution.
105Why does one wallet show several Ethereum addresses?
A wallet can derive multiple accounts from one recovery setup, and each is a distinct on-chain sender. Select the exact address entered in the order; controlling a related account does not make its address identical.
106Why is my address different after restoring my wallet?
The wallet may use another derivation path, account index, or recovery phrase. Do not send until you locate the exact recorded address and can sign from it. A visually related account is still a different sender.
107Should I update my wallet app during an open Sell order?
Use a supported, authentic version, but avoid rushed changes immediately before an irreversible transfer. Verify the publisher, back up safely, and confirm the same address and network after any update before sending.
108Why did the wrong wallet extension open for my transfer?
Multiple extensions can compete for wallet links or provider access. Close the request, disable unneeded extensions, and reopen the trusted wallet deliberately. Verify account, network, recipient, token, and amount before signing.
109A mobile link opens the wrong wallet. What should I do?
Cancel the request rather than approving in an unintended app. Open the trusted wallet manually and prepare the exact transfer using the secure order details, or correct the device’s link association before continuing.
110What if my wallet disconnects while preparing a Sell transfer?
A disconnect does not prove whether a transaction was broadcast. Check wallet activity and the explorer for a hash before reconnecting or retrying. Never interpret the website’s connection state as blockchain payment evidence.
111Is an Ethereum transaction hash secret?
A hash is public blockchain information and can reveal addresses, amounts, and related activity. It is not a spending secret, but share it only where relevant and avoid pairing it publicly with identity or bank details.
112Is my Ethereum wallet address private information?
The address is public on-chain, but linking it to your identity can reveal financial activity. Provide it only for legitimate order or support needs and never confuse a public address with a private key.
113What should the wallet transaction preview show for a Sell transfer?
It should identify a transfer of the exact supported USDC amount to the deposit address on the correct network, plus the separate network fee. Reject it if the token, destination, amount, or requested permissions differ.
114Why can a batched transaction be difficult to match to a Sell order?
One hash may contain several token movements, recipients, or contract calls, so it cannot satisfy the standard Sell flow. Send one direct native Ethereum USDC transfer from the recorded wallet to the dedicated address; batched and multi-recipient transactions are not supported.
115Why doesn’t an internal exchange transfer have a usable blockchain hash?
