A-PFI service guide
Getting started with A-PFI and USDC orders
Understand A-PFI, accountless USDC orders, supported directions and what to prepare before requesting a quote.
Start with the service basics: what A-PFI does, what an accountless order means, how Buy and Sell differ, and which details you should have ready before continuing.
01Do I need an account?
No customer password account is required. Your email is verified with a one-time code, and sensitive order details require a new purpose-specific code.
02What can I do through A-PFI?
You can request a bank-transfer purchase or sale of supported USDC in EUR or USD. The service presents the quote, verification steps, payment instructions, and order tracking in one online journey; it is not a bank account or an investment product.
03What is the difference between Buy and Sell?
With Buy, you send EUR or USD by bank transfer and receive USDC at the wallet recorded and confirmed for the order. With Sell, you send the exact supported USDC transfer and receive EUR or USD at the confirmed bank beneficiary.
04Which bank currencies are available?
The order form supports EUR and USD. Availability also depends on the selected country, order direction, and the current service configuration shown in the form.
05What should I prepare before starting?
Have access to your email, your legal name and country, and a complete Ethereum wallet address. For a Sell order, also prepare the complete bank-beneficiary details that should receive the payout and use a self-controlled wallet for the USDC transfer.
06Is a quote already an order?
No. A quote lets you review the direction, amounts, pricing policy, fees, and expiry. An order exists only after you complete the required details and confirmations and the site displays a public order reference.
07Can I explore the process without sending money?
Yes. The interactive Demo uses built-in masked examples, stays in the browser tab, and does not create an order, send email, upload documents, or reveal real payment instructions. Sandbox quotes are illustrative.
08What should I understand before buying USDC for the first time?
A Buy order exchanges a supported fiat amount for native USDC on Ethereum. Before continuing, prepare your legal name, email, eligible country, an Ethereum address you can verify, and access to the bank account that will fund the order. Review the live quote and final instructions instead of relying on an earlier example.
09How do I choose the fiat currency for an order?
Choose EUR or USD in the amount step before requesting the quote. The selected currency controls the displayed limits, quote calculation, applicable bank instructions, and settlement amount. If you change currency, review every value again before continuing.
10Which fiat currencies can I select on the order form?
The current order form offers EUR and USD. Availability can also depend on the selected country, direction, and current service configuration. A currency appearing on an old order does not prove that it is available for a new one.
11What does the country list on the order form mean?
The list shows countries currently enabled for the selected Buy or Sell direction and fiat currency. Choose the country that accurately describes your situation. The list can change with service availability, so use the options shown for the current order.
12What if my country is not listed?
Do not select a different country to bypass availability. The service is not currently offered for that combination of country, direction, and currency. You can check again later or contact Support for clarification, but do not fund an order with inaccurate country information.
13Why can a country be available for Buy but not Sell?
Country availability is configured separately for each order direction. A country enabled for buying USDC may be unavailable for selling, or the reverse. Change the direction only if it matches what you genuinely intend to do; do not use the other direction as a workaround.
14Why does the country list change when I switch EUR and USD?
Currency availability is evaluated with the country and order direction. Switching from EUR to USD can therefore change the eligible country list. Re-select the correct country and confirm that your bank account can send or receive the chosen currency without an unwanted conversion.
15Is my selected country the same as my bank’s country?
Not necessarily. The customer country describes you, while a bank country describes the financial institution or account details. Enter each field accurately where requested. A difference may require review and does not make it safe to substitute one value for the other.
16Should I select my nationality or where I live?
Use the meaning stated by the form and provide accurate information. The country selection is not an invitation to choose whichever option unlocks the service. If your nationality, residence, and bank country differ and you are unsure which field applies, ask Support before creating the order.
17Can I create an order while travelling?
Being in another location does not change the need to provide accurate personal, country, bank, and wallet details. Availability and security checks may affect the journey. If the form does not offer the correct option or access is interrupted, wait or contact Support rather than entering substitute information.
18What if I moved country since my previous order?
Use your current accurate information for the new order. Do not copy the country or bank details from a previous transaction merely because they were accepted before. Be prepared to provide updated information if a verification step is requested.
19Which country should I choose if I have connections to two countries?
Select the country that truthfully answers the form’s request for this order. Do not choose solely on the basis of availability. If your circumstances make the answer unclear, contact Support with a general explanation before sharing sensitive documents or sending funds.
20Can my bank account be in a different country?
A different bank country may be accepted only when the current service, payment route, and verification requirements allow it. Enter the actual bank details and country rather than altering them to match your residence. Review the order instructions and ask Support if the route is unclear.
21Can I fund an EUR or USD order from an account in another currency?
Your bank may convert the payment, deduct charges, or deliver a different amount. The order expects the exact selected currency and amount. Use a compatible currency account when possible and confirm conversion and fee treatment with your bank before sending.
22Can I use a multi-currency bank account?
A multi-currency account can be suitable if it sends the selected EUR or USD amount through the payment details shown in the order. Check which balance will be debited, what sender details the recipient will see, and whether fees are deducted from the transfer.
23Can I buy USDC with a debit or credit card?
The Buy journey shown by this service uses the bank-transfer instructions issued after order creation. Do not attempt to substitute a card payment unless the current order explicitly offers one. Follow only the payment method and beneficiary details displayed in the secure order.
24Can I pay cash for a Buy order?
No cash-payment route is provided in the online Buy journey. Use only the bank-transfer instructions shown after the order is created. Do not send cash, cheques, or money to a person claiming to complete the order outside the secure portal.
25Can I fund a Buy order with another cryptocurrency?
A Buy order is funded in its selected fiat currency using the displayed bank instructions. Sending another cryptocurrency does not satisfy that bank-payment step. If you want to send USDC and receive fiat, use the Sell direction and follow its separate instructions.
26Does the service hold a customer wallet balance for me?
The order journey exchanges bank funds and USDC; it is not presented as a reusable customer wallet balance. For a Buy, provide the destination Ethereum address for that order and retain access to it. Use your own wallet records to monitor assets after delivery.
27Why am I not asked to create a customer password?
Customer access is email-based. A purpose-specific one-time code verifies an action such as creating, tracking, or supporting an order. Keep access to the email address and never share a code; a code for one purpose should not be treated as authorization for another.
28Can I use the same email for later orders?
You can enter the same accessible email on a later order, but each protected action requires its own current verification. Previous verification does not remove new-order checks, and order references remain distinct. Always confirm the email spelling before requesting the code.
29Which name should I enter on an order?
Enter your accurate legal first and last names as requested by the form. Nicknames, another person’s name, or a bank-beneficiary label can create mismatches. If your documents or bank records use a materially different form of your name, be ready to explain it through a secure verification channel.
30Can I enter accents, spaces, apostrophes, or hyphens in my name?
Enter your name faithfully, including meaningful punctuation or accents supported by the form. Do not remove or invent name parts simply to resemble a bank record. Accuracy is more important than forcing two systems to display characters identically.
31What if I typed my email incorrectly before requesting the code?
Return to the details step and correct the email before continuing. A code sent to the wrong address cannot verify your intended email. Do not create an order with an address you cannot access, because later tracking and support protections rely on it.
32Should I create the order on a phone or a computer?
Use a device and browser you trust. Both can support the order journey, but a larger screen may make long bank and wallet details easier to compare. Whichever device you use, avoid public computers, keep the page private, and copy the final reference accurately.
33Can I start a draft on one device and finish it on another?
Treat information entered before order creation as a local draft, not as a saved order. If you move to another device, start again and request a fresh quote. An order becomes persistently trackable only after successful creation and issuance of its order reference.
34Can I track a created order from another device?
Yes. Open the Track page, enter the order reference and the same email, then complete the tracking-specific email verification when requested. Sensitive details are not made public merely because someone knows the reference.
35Should I create the same order in several browser tabs?
No. Multiple tabs can show different draft values or quotes and make it easier to use the wrong instructions. Complete one journey in one tab, then keep the issued reference. If an active order blocks a new one, track or cancel the existing unfunded order where that action is available.
36What happens if I refresh the page before creating the order?
A refresh can reset draft state and request a new quote. Re-enter and recheck the amount, direction, currency, country, email, and wallet address. Do not assume the values or price you saw before refreshing still apply.
37How do I restart with different order details?
Go back before creating the order and select the correct direction, currency, amount, and customer details. Changing core values requires a new calculation and may change availability or limits. Once an order is created, do not edit its instructions yourself; use tracking or Support for the appropriate next action.
38Why is the order reference important?
The reference identifies the created order in tracking, Support, and the bank-payment instructions where applicable. It is not a price, wallet address, or email code. Save it exactly and never replace it with the reference from another order.
39How can I tell a quote draft from a created order?
A quote or review screen is not enough. A successfully created order displays a public order reference and its current payment instructions. Do not send bank funds based only on calculator values, a preview, or a review screen that has not issued a reference.
40Why are final payment instructions hidden until the order is created?
Instructions are generated for the specific order only after the email check and required policy review succeed. This reduces the risk of funding a draft or using stale details. Wait for the created-order screen and follow its exact beneficiary, reference, currency, amount, network, and address fields.
41Why must I review policies before creating an order?
The published policies explain the terms that apply to that direction and order. Read the linked versions and confirm them only if you understand and accept them. If a required policy cannot load, do not create or fund the order until it is available.
42Can I open an order policy without losing my progress?
Policy links may open separately so you can read them while preserving the review page. After returning, verify that the quote is still current and that every required document is checked. If the page or quote has reset, request a fresh quote rather than relying on memory.
43Why is the Continue button disabled?
The journey requires an allowed amount and a live quote before continuing. Wait for loading to finish, check the minimum and maximum, and correct any displayed error. A preview estimate or unavailable service state cannot be used to create a live order.
44Can I use the order journey in English or French?
The public journey is available in English and French. Use the language you understand best and read the current order’s exact figures and identifiers, which do not change meaning with translation. If you switch language, recheck the stage and fields before submitting.
45Can I create a Buy order for another person?
Do not enter another person’s identity, email, bank funds, or wallet as though they were yours. The person making the order should provide accurate details and be authorized to use the payment account and destination. If you are acting in a formal capacity, ask Support what information is required before paying.
46Can I use a joint bank account for a Buy?
Use the account only if you are an authorized holder and the transfer will show accurate sender information. A joint account can still require clarification if names differ from the order. Keep evidence of your authority and respond through the secure portal if additional information is requested.
47Can I fund a personal order from a business bank account?
Do not assume that a business account is interchangeable with a personal account. The account name, authority, customer type, and applicable policy may require review. Contact Support before sending if the legal sender will be a company or another entity rather than the named customer.
48Why should the bank sender name match the customer details?
Consistent, accurate names help associate the bank transfer with the correct order and customer. A mismatch does not prove ownership and may require more information. Never alter either name deceptively; explain legitimate differences through the secure channel when asked.
49I noticed a spelling error in my name before submitting. What should I do?
Return to the relevant field and correct it before creating the order. Use the name shown on your bank or identity records so later checks are less likely to need clarification.
50Can I correct my email before requesting the verification code?
Yes. Correct the address in the form before requesting a code, then verify the corrected address. Recheck the spelling because order access and notifications depend on that email.
51I selected Buy but meant to Sell. Can I switch?
If the order has not been created, go back and choose Sell, then review the new instructions. If an order already exists, do not fund it; use its available cancellation option or contact Support.
52What happens if I use the browser Back button while completing a draft?
Some entered values may be retained and others may need to be entered again. Before continuing, recheck the order side, currency, amount, email, bank details, and wallet address shown on screen.
53I refreshed before the order was created. Did I place an order?
A quote or partially completed form is not proof that an order exists. Look for an order confirmation and public order reference before assuming it was created, and avoid sending funds without its instructions.
54Can I keep the quote form open in two browser tabs?
Two tabs can show different amounts, rates, or progress states. Use one tab for the journey and close stale copies; if an order was created, rely on its reference and secure status page.
55What should I review after changing the fiat currency in the form?
Changing currency can change the quote, available instructions, limits, and bank details. Review every recalculated value and do not reuse payment information from the previously selected currency.
56My country of residence changed since my last order. Which one should I enter?
Enter your current residential information and make sure it agrees with any supporting information requested during verification. Do not reuse an old address merely because it appeared on a previous order.
57Should I remove accents or hyphens from my name?
Enter your name as it appears on the relevant official record whenever the form accepts those characters. If a field rejects a character, use the closest faithful spelling and explain the variation if asked.
58My browser autofilled old contact or bank details. How should I proceed?
Replace every outdated value and review the full summary before creating the order. Browser autofill is a convenience only; the details visible at confirmation are the ones you are submitting.
59Should I use a comma or a point for decimals?
Follow the format accepted and displayed by the amount field. After typing or pasting, confirm the formatted value is the amount you intended before moving to the next step.
60Why did a pasted amount change or fail validation?
Copied amounts can contain spaces, currency symbols, or nonstandard separators. Remove those extras, enter only the numeric value in the displayed format, and verify the resulting amount carefully.
61Which time zone applies to an order deadline?
Use the date, time, and time-zone information displayed with that order. Do not infer a deadline from an email timestamp or from the clock shown by a bank or wallet application.
62My browser translation changed payment labels. Is that a problem?
Automatic translation can alter names, references, or field labels. Turn it off for the instructions page if anything looks ambiguous, then copy payment values exactly rather than translating them.
63Do I need to cancel a form I left before receiving an order reference?
If no order confirmation or reference was issued, there may be only an unfinished form to abandon. Before starting again, check your email and tracking options to make sure an order was not created.
64Can I move an unfinished quote from one device to another?
An unfinished form may not follow you to another device. Start or review it on the new device, and make sure you do not create two orders while trying to continue the same request.
66Do entered values change when I switch the site language?
Changing language should not be treated as confirmation that the draft stayed identical. Review the amount, currency, order side, wallet, and bank fields again before submitting.
67The order email opened in a different browser. Can I continue there?
You may continue if the page can request the required email verification. Check the displayed order reference before entering a new code, and never reuse a code from another purpose or order.
68My browser restored an old order tab after restarting. Is it current?
A restored tab can contain stale form or quote information. Refresh it, confirm the order reference and current status, and use only the instructions shown for that same active order.
69I clicked Create order twice. How do I know whether one or two orders exist?
Wait for the result and look for issued order references rather than clicking again. If more than one reference appears, fund only the intended order and cancel any eligible duplicate.
70The creation button is still spinning. Should I submit the order again?
Do not assume the first request failed. Check for a confirmation, reference, or status email first; retry only when the page clearly says creation did not succeed.
71My device clock is wrong. Does that change the order deadline?
No. The service deadline is determined by the order system, not by changing your device clock. Use the deadline and time-zone label displayed on the refreshed order page.
72Should I save my order reference as text as well as a screenshot?
Keeping an exact text copy helps avoid confusing similar characters and makes Support searches easier. Store it privately with the order direction and date, without storing email codes beside it.
73How can I avoid confusing similar characters in an order reference?
Copy the reference directly from the order page instead of retyping it. After pasting, compare the complete value, especially zeros, letters, and hyphens.
74Can I bookmark a draft form and return to it later?
A draft URL may not preserve entered data or a quote. Once an order is created, keep its reference and use the official tracking journey instead of relying on a bookmarked draft.
75I changed from Wi-Fi to mobile data while filling the form. What should I check?
Confirm that the page reconnected and that every displayed value still belongs to your current draft or order. Recheck the amount, currency, wallet or bank details before submitting or paying.
76A copied email address contains a space. Should I remove it?
Yes. Remove leading or trailing spaces and verify the complete address before requesting a code. A visually subtle copy error can send access messages to the wrong or invalid address.
77Does uppercase or lowercase in my email change which customer record is used?
Enter the same mailbox spelling you used previously and do not assume aliases or formatting variations will be joined. If you are checking a personal limit, use the exact email associated with it.
78Why does a value look correct after pasting but still fail validation?
Copied text can include non-printing characters. Clear the field, paste as plain text or type the value carefully, then compare it with the original before continuing.
79My documents show family name before given name. In which order should I enter them?
Follow the labels of the separate form fields and reproduce each legal name accurately. Do not reverse names merely to imitate the visual order on a document.
80Should I include a title such as Mr, Dr, or Ms in my legal-name field?
Enter only the name requested by the field unless the title is genuinely part of the legal record shown by your documents. Do not add honorifics for presentation.
81Can I use my preferred name instead of the name on my records?
Use the legal name that can be matched to the relevant bank and identity records. If your name has legally changed, enter the current legal name and be ready to provide supporting information if requested.
82Where should I put an apartment, suite, or unit number in my address?
Use the second address line when it is available; otherwise include the unit without removing the street number. Keep the address consistent with any proof that may later be requested.
83Address autocomplete selected the wrong city or postal code. Can I edit it?
Correct every affected field before creating the order. Suggestions are typing aids, not authoritative records, so compare the completed address with your current residential information.
84Should I keep spaces or letters in my postal code?
Enter the postal code in the normal format for the selected country and follow the field validation. Do not invent zeros or remove meaningful letters just to make another country's format fit.
85I am staying temporarily away from home. Which residential address should I enter?
Use your genuine current residential address rather than a hotel, forwarding address, or location chosen only for convenience. If your circumstances do not fit the form, ask Support before funding an order.
87Can I use an email address that was previously owned by someone else?
Use it only if you now control it securely and understand that old messages or account recovery settings may create confusion. Review mailbox forwarding and recovery options before using it for financial order access.
88My password manager filled another person's contact details. What should I do?
Clear the autofilled values and enter your own current information. Review every field before requesting a quote or code; a saved profile is not proof that the details belong to this order.
89Can the website language differ from the language used by my bank or wallet?
Yes. Changing the site language changes explanatory text, not the underlying currency, addresses, or references. Compare exact values rather than translating payment identifiers.
90Can I rely on a printed order page when I make the payment later?
A printout cannot show later status changes, cancellation, expiry, or corrected instructions. Reopen and verify the live order page immediately before sending funds.
